Hi, I've just done the 20 000 km service on my 2013 KTM Duke 690 last week-end at my KTM dealer. The dealer have changed all the fluid (clutch, brake, oil) and they replace my rear brake pads. The bike run like a charm ! On the 10 000 km service, last year, they put Motorex Cross Power 4T Engine Oil 10W60 in the bike.

The engine oil level must be between the top and bottom of the sight glass, ideally around the middle. It is especially important that the engine is warm and that you wait a short time after switching off the engine, otherwise the values can deviate considerably.
Fork oil level is almost up to the threads when the stanchion is bottomed out. This is measured with spring in because the spring isn't accessible. Oil drained measured around between 450-500ml, so the KTM spec of 490ml doesn't seem too far off, but it does seem a bit high compared to what came out.
