My 07 plate C4 Grand Picasso developed an increasingly frequent Handbrake Faulty/ ESP faulty warning. I ignored it for over a year then the warning became permanent about 4 weeks ago and the automatic brakes did not work. I called my local independent Citroen specialist who said there was one other car being looked at with the same problem.
Wed Jan 18 2012, 03:31am. Recently the C4GP's outside temperature display has fluctuated between -20 and +35 degrees, and now its stopping working completely so a few questions. Unfortunately I haven't been in locations or holidays enjoy these temperature extremes! Where is the outside temperature sensor, and how easy is it to change as a DIY job.
The 5a fuse located on the strip next to the battery was responsible for the lack of power in the OBD2 socket. I have a blue cable with the number 4059 leading to it. I also checked the masses that lead to the left threshold, they turned out to be good and I had a suspicion that there might be a lack of mass !!!.
