The game you can change language. Mods on the other hand need to be uploaded with a translation. A lot of mods on the pc get this by the community with permission from authors. You may just have to wait for it. vaquerodan.

After changing the language, the files were indeed gone and I recovered them from the backup. In the Skyrim_default.ini I changed the line: sLanguage=ENGLISH to sLanguage=GERMAN which I thought that could do the trick. Skyrim was starting up to the first language dependent Menue and crashed. I tried sLanguage=DEUTSCH, same result.

Click on this and add the esm files of your Game. If you play on SSE, look for Skyrim.esm, update.esm, and the DLC .esm files. For AE there is only the skyrim.esm I think. Add them and make sure the right language is selected. Click " OK " and then " create a new database ", select " Data Base " and type in a name (don't delete the "BDD_").
So I "accuired" a copy of Skyrim vr on a website known as a rutracker and when I started playing everything was in Russian (text, voice, books etc) I went into the game files and changed it from Russian to English. But that only changed the text to English and the voice acting is still Russian. So can someone tell me where in the files do I
I want to change the language of the voice acting in the game, but leave the default text for the interface, subtitles, etc. I found a way how to do it. When I enter the game WITHOUT SKSE, it works: the voice acting is English, and all the text is the default language of the system. But if I enter Skyrim through SKSE, then everything (both text and voice) is replaced by the default language of Lu0SV.
